HG provided electrical engineering construction documents for the new $25 million, 68,000 sq. ft. courthouse building. The electrical engineering consists of distribution power, lighting and fire alarm design. A whole building generator keeps the building operational even during a utility power outage. All LED lighting provides energy savings and meets FBC Energy Conservation Code.

HG provided electrical drawings for a 8,500 sq ft facility which includes maintenance vocational program, facilities maintenance, and warehouse spaces. Design includes power, lighting control, fire alarm, and lightning protection. Lighting in maintenance and warehouse areas are energy-efficient LED source.
Fort Walton Beach Rec Center

HG engineers provided the electrical engineering design for a new 30,000 sq ft gymnasium and multi-function building and complete site to include five baseball fields and five softball fields, a mile walking sidewalk track and associated parking. The design includes typical power, lighting and fire alarm systems.
Bay Co. Juvenile Justice Courthouse

HG provided the electrical and telecom design for a new juvenile justice facility including power distribution systems, lighting, computer room, generator backup, audio-visual systems, wireless area network tower to existing courthouse. Design included state of the art technology such as video conferencing for the judge and witness stand as well as a camera system to remotely monitor the evidence station. Electrical design also included the build out for a jail cell.

HG designed and commissioned the 12.47kV protection and control systems for the new Mobile Harbour Crane. The protection and controls inlcude a 15kV breaker with Schweitzer Engineering Labs (SEL) microprocessor based relaying overcurrent and fault protection, a ground monitor personnel protection system and a kirk key mechanical interlock system.
